SODA SPRINGS, Calif. — Back-to-back storms in the Sierra are starting to take a toll on residents who thought they were done with the snow this season. "We thought this was it. We had some lovely weather up here," said Soda Springs resident Leanne Grimmer. Tuesday's winter weather kept Grimmer busy as she plowed her driveway and removed the snow from her home.
